As your property manager, we have access to your security system so there’s a second pair of eyes on your property. We also provide a security package available for purchase if you do not have your own system.
($100-$300 depending on the size & coverage of your property.)
We manage your property’s income and disburse funds using your selected payment method with monthly statements showing your payout(s) and service fee deductions. Deposits should appear in your bank account as: [ElevateRentTRANSFER]
We handle any issues that might come up during a reservation like recovering funds for damage to property or disobeying your house rules.
We handle all interactions with guests and create a structure that is proven to work. Clients will rarely need to interact with guests if they wish not to.
