We offer several management contracts:

We are not offering traditional 10% in-house management at this time.

Scheduled Cleaning + Maintenance

Elevate Rentals has top-rated cleaning professionals that are scheduled after each check-out and restocks any necessary supplies. We also take care of any maintenance requests for your property.

Home Security Management

As your property manager, we have access to your security system so there’s a second pair of eyes on your property. We also provide a security package available for purchase if you do not have your own system.

($100-$300 depending on the size & coverage of your property.)

Managed Payments

Resolution Disputes

Property Management Solutions

This overview clarifies pricing, included support, owner responsibilities, optional add-ons, and the ideal client fit for Elevate Rentals LLC.

Clear percentage-based management fees designed to scale with your portfolio.

FEE BREAKDOWN

  • 1 Property / Rental — 15% of revenue
  • 2-3 Properties — 13% of revenue
  • 4+ Properties — 10-12% of revenue

Note: The room count in your property will not factor into your percentage. Properties must be located at different addresses, unless multiple condos/townhomes share the same location.
